DEDICO is a Dublin consultancy led by Sarah Keane. The work falls into two tracks: governance, strategy, business continuity, and digital change for organisations; and coaching for individuals preparing for civil service competitions, competency-based interviews, and high-stakes public speaking.
Sarah has been a senior Irish diplomat, a senior product manager at well-known technology companies, and is currently a non-executive director on a national charity board, where she chairs the Ethics Sub-Committee. The range is what allows the same person to review a charity's governance, lead a digital change for an SME, and prepare a senior civil service candidate for interview.
Direct feedback, delivered with compassion and purpose.
Six cities and six languages
Sarah has lived and worked across Europe and the United States. That geographical range, and the languages that go with it, are part of why she can move between boardrooms, policy forums, and product teams without losing the thread.

Career
Civil service
As an Irish diplomat, Sarah represented Ireland in the EU and at the UN on human rights, was posted to the United States, contributed to Ireland's National AI Strategy, and worked on Northern Ireland reconciliation. Latterly she led the upgrade of the Passport Service's facial recognition technology. Her final civil service role was Senior Diplomat at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Technology
Sarah worked in senior product roles at Ryanair and CarTrawler, where she led significant rebuilds of customer-facing platforms used by millions of people. She designed and shipped eLearning platforms for global pharma companies including Novo Nordisk and Novartis, and led process and systems work for Irish SMEs across several sectors. The work consistently sat at the boundary between technology, data protection, and human decision-making.
EU and international
Earlier in her career, Sarah worked at the European Commission on EU integration and on the establishment of citizen information centres in new Member States. She worked at EGEC on renewable energy and sustainability legislation, and was active in the second Lisbon Treaty 'Yes' campaign in Ireland.

A note on what DEDICO does and doesn't do
DEDICO is a consultancy, not a marketing agency, not a recruitment firm, and not a vendor reseller. The work is delivered by Sarah personally, or by Sarah with a small named team brought in for specific pieces of work. There are no junior staff billed at senior rates, no white-labelled subcontracting, and no commissions taken from third parties.
Next step
