Croke Park: a stadium-wide business continuity plan
DEDICO delivered Croke Park's first stadium-wide business continuity plan, built to ISO 22301 across match days, concerts, conferences, and the GAA Museum. The plan is now part of the venue's standing operating documentation.
GAA Event Safety Management Guide
DEDICO supported the GAA's National Health and Safety Committee to produce the 2026 Event Safety Management Guide, the national reference for safe event operations across every GAA ground in Ireland. Research, drafting, editing, and production across nine chapters and eleven appendices.
Future Financial Planning Ltd
Future Financial Planning Ltd, an SME led by founder and managing director Emma Farrelly, has worked with DEDICO on marketing and business development across both the thinking and the doing. The starting point was a marketing plan and a business development strategy. The work then extended into a website rebuild, the firm's wider communications and brand messaging, alignment of the digital tools the team uses day to day, and training staff on using AI and social media. The engagement has continued past the initial strategy into ongoing support, on the principle that for a growing SME these things benefit from a steady hand rather than a one-off project.

The summary below describes a real engagement where the client asked to remain confidential.
Digital and AI advisory for a growing SME
A founder-led Irish SME asked DEDICO for a straight answer on where AI could realistically help them and where it couldn't. The work began with a one-day discovery across their team and customer-facing systems, followed by a written shortlist of three high-confidence improvements, two areas to monitor, and two areas to leave alone. The owner used the shortlist to brief their in-house team and to scope a follow-on procurement. Work delivered in four weeks.
