Everything on this page is free to use on your own. There is no sign-up and nothing is collected. These are the same tools and methods I use with coaching clients, so if you work through them and want help going further, email sarah@dedico.ie.
Tools
Career values audit
Work out what actually matters to you in work, in priority order. Select the values that resonate, rank your top ten, then score how well your current role serves them. Takes about 15 minutes and everything stays on your device.
Skills audit
Work through 48 transferable skills one at a time, note a real example for each, and print a summary of what you can evidence. Takes about an hour and nothing is collected.
Random topic generator
Spin a societal or professional topic, take 30 seconds to think, then speak for one, two or three minutes. Built for practising out loud, not writing a script.
Checklists
Interview preparation checklist
A structured run-through for competency-based interviews in the Irish civil and public service, from building your example bank to the day itself.
Application form checklist
What to check before you submit an application on publicjobs.ie or to a local authority, so a strong candidacy is not undone by a weak form.
