Who is interview readiness for?
Anyone with a competency-based or panel interview coming up, in or out of the civil service. Typical clients are mid- to senior-level professionals moving roles, candidates preparing for a leadership competition, and non-native English speakers preparing for an English-language interview in Ireland.
What's the difference between this and civil service coaching?
Civil service coaching is built around the published capability frameworks and the specific stages of public competitions. Interview readiness covers private and public sector interviews more broadly, with the same competency-based structure but adapted to the scoring style the panel will use.
How is this different from generic interview coaching?
Written feedback after every session, a structured example bank you keep, and mocks run as close to the real format as we can make them. It's preparation, not a pep talk.
How many sessions do most people take?
Three to six over four to six weeks, sized to your deadline.
Will I get written feedback?
Yes, after every session. Written feedback is the bit that makes the work stick, because you can re-read it the night before the interview.
What is an example bank?
A short document listing your strongest experiences mapped to the competencies the panel is testing for, structured the way a board reads them. It's yours to keep and re-use for future interviews.
What if my interview is later this week?
Email and tell us when it is. We'll either fit you in or tell you honestly that there isn't time to do the work properly.
